How to use the Assigned User setting on a Link

Your Links, Auto Assign User, Link Setup

You can configure a link to automatically assign incoming submissions to a specific agent, removing the need to manually route each new submission in the Results column on the Submissions page.


How to set up auto-assignment

  1. Click Your Links in the left side menu.

  2. Click the Edit button on the link you want to assign a user to.

  3. Scroll to the Assigned User section.

  4. Select the user from the dropdown.

  5. Click Save.


Any new submission received through this link will automatically be assigned to the selected user. The assignment will appear in the Results column on your dashboard.
