How to reset your password
Go to the password reset page.
Enter your email address.
Check your inbox for an email with a reset link.
Click the link in the email to set a new password.
If you don't see the email
Check your spam or junk folder.
If the button in the email doesn't work, try copying and pasting the full link at the bottom of the email directly into your browser.
Reset links expire after 72 hours. If yours has expired, request a new one from the password reset page.
Password requirements
Your new password must be at least 12 characters long. A progress bar will indicate how random your password is — it must turn green before you can proceed.
Passwords that are too predictable will be rejected. This includes common words like "password," sequential characters like "1234," or repeated characters. Adding a few random characters to the end of your preferred password usually resolves this.
