Making Changes to your Subscription/Plan:
To change, reactivate, or cancel a subscription, please contact us by either clicking on the Chat icon from your Dashboard
or by emailing [email protected].
Reviewing Your Invoices:
From the Canopy Connect Dashboard (https://app.usecanopy.com/dashboard), you will click on the User icon in the upper right-hand corner in the blue banner.
The drop down will populate and you should click on the Billing option.
From this page, you can view, save, or print your invoices.
Updating Credit Card Information:
From the Canopy Connect Dashboard (https://app.usecanopy.com/dashboard), you will click on the User icon in the upper right-hand corner in the blue banner.
The drop down will populate and you should click on the Billing option.
From this page, you will be able to update your billing details or confirm the card information.
