Pull Sharing is not required to assign a specific agent. If Pull Sharing is not enabled, you will not be able to share the submissions to a user who does not already have access to that link. You can view more information on how to enable Pull Sharing here.
To improve tracking of which agent is handling specific leads, Canopy Connect has introduced the Pull Assignee feature. This functionality allows agents and administrators to assign particular users to individual submissions.
How to assign a pull to a specific agent
Navigate to the Submissions page by clicking on Submissions in the left side menu. Click on Add Result on the submission you’d like to assign.
In the Mark Result box, mark the result as Working then select the agent you’d like to assign to the pull to and click Save.
When you’re returned to the Submissions page, you’ll see the agent is now assigned to the pull.
If the user does not have access to the link, you will be prompted to share the pull with them by clicking Grant Access.
The agent will receive an email letting them know a submission is ready to view.
