Live Chat
To contact Canopy Connect using the live chat, you can click the Help icon on your dashboard. It is found in the lower right-hand corner of the page.
Once you've clicked the Help icon, click on the 'Send us a message' section and start the chat. A live representative is available during most business hours.
If you're having trouble viewing the live chat function, it may be related to your browser. Try opening Canopy Connect in another browser or an incognito window.
